North Korea appears to have resumed nuke reactor operation: UN atomic agency

The annual report by the IAEA refers to a 5-megawatt reactor that produces plutonium, one of the two key ingredients used to build nuclear weapons, at North Korea’s main nuclear complex in Yongbyon.
