EU’s top diplomat wants to increase scrutiny on European buyers of Indian products based on Russian oil

Josep Borrell says that “before Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the share of Russian oil in India’s overall oil import stood at 0.2%. Last month, that share had risen to 36.4%”.
